What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This included your:

• Full Name
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address
• Email Address

In addition we may also collect information on your IP address, browser type and refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, and to help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fulfil your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data, billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. THis information is encrypted using a Secure Sockes Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store any Credit Card data.

Cookie and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to regognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Shipping

Each puppet is carefuly packed and despatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (UK only) and Air Mail Recorded Delivery (signed for) for overseas orders.

Please allow up to 14 days for despatch of item from receipt of Order. If the item is in stock at the time of Order, then waiting time is reduced accordingly. If you require an item by a specific date, please email tradpup@btinternet.com stating your requirements before ordering.

Shipping Rates per individual puppet:

• £5.00 P&P ( UK Mainland )
• £7.50 P&P ( Europe )
• £10.00 P&P ( Rest Of The World )

If you wish to order more than two puppets at one time, please email first so we can offer a better postage rate.

If you choose to pay by cheque, make it payable to: D J Leech and send to: Pelham Puppets PO Box 98 Ilfracombe EX34 8WU

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original packaging to be returned. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

• Please email: tradpup@btinternet.com to request a refund
• Mail your returned item to (you are responsible for return mailing costs): David Leech, Pelham Puppets, 12 The Promenade Ilfracombe, Devon UK EX34 9BD
• Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt ( if any printed ).

Exchanges

If your item is in a "like new condition" , you may exchange your item for a different one. You still will have to pay return shipping.

The puppet arrived still smelling of fresh paint - what a treat! And what a lovely puppet. The quality is first class and the box is just too fantastic. Well done David. I picked up the puppet today, and have just opened the box.  She's perfect!  Thank you very much, it's really nice to know that such good quality toys are still being individually made in the UK.  She's a present for an 'adult' child who, with his wife, puts on puppet theatre performances.  I know she'll be a valuable addition to their star cast!
